Right of Withdrawal According to European law, you have the right to return any item within 14 days of receiving your order, without needing to give a reason.

Refunds After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund within 14 days to the original payment method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective item or an error on our part.

Items not eligible for return: Returns of personalized or custom-made items are not accepted, except in cases of defects.

Defective items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately with photos of the problem. We will replace the item or provide a full refund, including shipping costs.
