Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Estimated Delivery Times:

🇪🇺 European Union: 10 to 15 business days

🌍 Rest of the world: 10 to 20 business days

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the order and the destination. You can offer free shipping above a certain value — we recommend setting this threshold in your store.

Order Tracking: After shipment, you will receive an email with the tracking number to track your order in real time.

Delivery Delays and Problems: PASSION ELEVEN is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or situations beyond our control. In case of a problem, contact us so we can help.

International Orders: For shipments outside the EU, customs duties and local taxes may apply, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
